What We Do
Madison Health & Wellness Center is owned and operated by Madison County Hospital Health Systems, Inc. that is a nonprofit private healthcare entity. We deliver rural health and wellness services to north central Florida. This includes emergency services, inpatient and outpatient services such as rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, alternative pain therapy, radiology (X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan), laboratory, and more. Most recently we opened elective surgery, wound care, infusion therapy, mental wellness, and primary care.
Who We Serve
MHWC and MCMH serves a five county region in north central Florida including Madison, Jefferson, Lafayette, Hamilton, and Suwannee. We serve from birth to 65+ across the lifespan.
What’s New
MCMH is in the process of building a new 10,000 square foot facility to house five new wellness brands: 1) Growing Well-birth to 18; 2) Serving Well-active and Veterans of the armed forces; 3) Aging Well-55+; 4) WellMen; and 5) WellWomen.
